Lecture Centre
The Lecture Centre is located adjacent to the CCT behind
the University Library. The complex houses four small classrooms (accomodating
35 students), 2 larger classrooms (serving 70 students), a seminar
room (catering for 50 students) and two lecture theatres (seating 170
persons each). The classroom section was initially used for the June
1992 examination sessions but the whole complex was used for instructional
purposes in October 1992. The Lecture Centre was designed by Prof.
Richard England. Work was initiated in 1988 and terminated in the summer
of 1992. The beadle at the Lecture Centre may be contacted on ext.
2992. University and external entities who would like to use these facilities are to contact the University Scheduling office on 3101. These facilities are also available after office hours and weekends.
